Hyatt Place Santa Fe

The staff was all so helpful and friendly throughout our trip. They were accommodating and had great suggestions on dining like The Ranch House and Tomasitas. Parking is $4 which I hadn't seen on a private parking lot but still obviously affordable. Low incidentals fee at only $15. Bathrooms were small but the avaliable products were good quality. Breakfast was good but very limited options. Gorgeous view of the mountains from our room!

This is a gem of a place. We stayed 4 nights in Sep. rooms are spacious, bright and have a great layout. It felt modern and trendy. Everything was clean. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Great breakfast. Value for money!

Our 5 night stay was great right at the start. We checked in with April she was so warm and friendly. April also helped us with resturants

Very nice rooms, Breakfast had ample choices. Offering scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and green chili. Cereals, juices, and berry compote with yogurt. Santa Fe is far from my favorite place, but Hyatt place is quite nice. No shuttle so cabs and rides cost more than anticipated.

We spent a week at the Hyatt Place Santa Fe and it was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. The bed and furnishings were like new, everything was spotless; the cleaning staff were not just competent but went above and beyond as did the day manager. The breakfasts were always terrific, and the lobby and pool areas were clean, functional, and cared for. There are a lot of reasons we were impressed during the week- and highly recommend this site. It is a really good experience in what seems to be an over all failing hotel system regardless of brand.

Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, excellent service!! Had an issue with my TV and it was resolved quickly. Room sevice daily (I like that!); Parking tags/stickers given so they know who should be there. Would definitely return!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. We stayed here for a few days last week to attend a concert and had our 130lbs Cane Corso with us during our stay, which isn’t always easy or accepted with open arms. The common areas of the Hotel were extremely clean and appeared to be either recently remodeled or is beyond well kept by the staff. They also had one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in more than my fair share of rooms. What really set this place apart during our stay was the staff. Wish I would have done a better job getting names but we stayed here 8/27-8/29 and the employees we dealt with were absolutely phenomenal. Especially the gentleman that checked us in during the later evening of 8/27. Polite and accommodating doesn’t even begin to describe what we experienced. Our dog is big and can be intimidating to some. The staff absolutely loved all over him and really gave us the opportunity to socialize him in a new environment for him and we are very appreciative for that. When this hotel says pet friendly, they mean it! This will absolutely be our go to hotel when we are in Santa Fe

It was a nice hotel. We had two queens and a sofa. The sink area is open to the room and no closet except an open area by the sink so I didn’t really like that. For the price they did not explain amenities. Indoor pool was good. The parking is tight but there is enough. Breakfast was really good.
